We record the time, a request reference, and the version of the consent language.

What to leave out

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive records through the inquiry form. If supporting documents are needed later, an appropriate process must be arranged separately.

Inquiries are stored in a hosted database used to operate this website. When email notifications are enabled, we use Resend to send inquiry details to our business inbox so we can review and respond to your request. Website hosting, infrastructure, and email delivery providers process information as needed to provide those services. We do not sell inquiry information. This version of the website does not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.

Cookies and links

The hosting platform may use cookies or similar technology for access and security. Links to California’s official program, NAUPA, or other third-party websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can decline to provide optional fields or choose not to submit an inquiry.
